2 days/week, Mon/Tues Join Coach Anne and enjoy the trails and and have fun in our non-competitive Running Club, where we forget the timing clock! The focus will be on endurance and trail running techniques. We will explore nearby Sabino Canyon on our daily runs of 3-4 miles. Running experience required, students have to be able to run two miles without a break. Sportsmanship and participation will be emphasized. Proper running shoes and a water bottle are required. A neck gator or Buff are highly recommended but not provided. Must sign a release waiver when signing up.
