In this class, we will build on the introductory level Python programming concepts taught in Q1. The course engages students in creative problem solving and further develops computational thinking via games and animations. Prior understanding of the basic programming concepts of variables, taking user inputs, random, conditionals, loops, and turtle basics is required to participate in this course. A computer or Chromebook with internet connectivity is required to join the course.

This program is ideal for students who dream of developing video games. Students will learn the fundamentals of game design and development. The hands-on course engages students in developing their own characters and scenes and programming them to develop their very own video games.
